All we are is energy. Our bodies are just great energy conduits. All life has a given level of energy flwing through it. It just depends on how much energy you can hold or maybe to some extent how much you're willing to hold. A fly has much less energy flowing through it than a human. We have a great capacity to let the energy flow in, thorough, and out us and to play an essential role in the circle of life. Energy is never created nor destroy. We borrow our energy from the universe, it is given to us by God. Lets use it wisely, lets use it effectively. Creating a brighter internal light creates more heat and more energy. Even though we may have a physical body capable of holding x amount of energy we maybe only working with a fraction of that. Actualize potential.
